Dentist takes 12 thousand dolalrs and terminates me before the work is done?

four years ago my mom finananced 13 thousand dollars for dental work the price was dicussed before the work was started it would be a flat fee of 12 thousand dollars . He was rude to me and yelled at me about missing an appointment he caused me grat anxiety .I had other health issues that i had to deal with like bronchitis and i could nt make the appt .I have severe psoriasis and had to go to treatmenet in san francisco five days a week my skin hurt and i had know choice . I was supposed to get teeth that snapped into implants . I was terminated and my teeth were never finished he was supposed to have put in the implants at my next appt which was the most important part instead he left me with a partial and no bottom teeth and two mfedal stumps attached to my bottom front teeth they are right under my tongue i did nt have any money to go to another dentist he was paid alot of money and i had to pay my mom back my mom would nt do anything which made me mad i felt defeated and there was nothing i could do i am disabled i have live with no teeth for a bite and now after 4 yrs my teeth are broke and some felt out i had to chew with my front bottom teeth and two right in fron broke and i have a gap it is so discouraging and disheartening i have no way to fix them i want to die can you give me any adviice
