Is there a snowboard you can use on dirt?

i want to pretty much snowboard on the ground in the summer and i was wondering if they have some sort of board out that i could buy for this and tell me where i could buy one and how much it is. or if you have made one and it works on bumpy hills like a sledding hill and it does not cost to much to build tell me now!!!!!
