I don't know what size North Face Jacket to get?

I own two columbia fleeces. I bought mediums, but they shrunk too much in the wash. So i bought larges, and shrunk them, and they are perfect. I want to buy a North Face Denali Jacket, but i don't know what size the get. Do they fit the same?
