Does anyone know what the song is from last chance harvey,, that comes on the advert on the tv?

it says the word " another day for me to, open up to you " its really bugging me what song it is the song was also used in the gmtv advert which was on a while back and i was trying to figure it out then also lol!!! any comments greatly appriecanted thanks =)
