How easy would it be for a Banagladeshi student to migrate to Australia?

like the question goes........ my concern is... lets say a student from Bangladesh completes BBA... then wants to go to Australia.. obtain PR a good degree and start earning good $$ in no time....... what needs to be done then? what's the fastest way to achieve that?
