Should i get..........?

my mom said i can get a saddle for my birthday. She told me to start looking around for one..so i have. I want it to be black because i have a black bridle already (English) and on the saddle i no that you want the seat to be leather..but would i want the knee rolls to be leather too..or suede. What do you prefer?
