Spreading Rash; should I go to the doctors?

It all started about 2 weeks ago. My ears had a rash with little bumps. I went to emergency because I couldn't sleep. They gave me hydrocortisone 0.5% cream and some pills. The rash on my ears clkeared, but now the rash is on my arms, a bit on my belly, and I feel it on my face(but I don't scratch my face or else, it will be all bumpy and red). My arms and a bit of my hands have little itchy bumps and when I scratch it, they get biugger. IU didn't eat anything different either. I want to cry because I feel as though I will be this way forever. Should I make a doctors appointment even though I went to emergency..,.Why did the rash in my ears go to other ares of my body? My family doesn't have it either. But, I don't really touch them either.
