Can i take my dog for a walk after the bleeding has stopped or is she still on heat?

Dogs got into heat for around 3 weeks the first week coming into it the second really on heat and week 3 coming out of heat if she has stopped bleeding and the swelling going down it should be ok but keep her on a leash as if she is still in she may run to get mated the ***** is as bad as the dog they want to mate just as much so keep an eye on her
