Can steamy hot showers (the mist) pick up norovirus particles and spread them?

I know that virus particles can infect someone else by them breathing in and ingesting the aerosol spray droplets from a person vomiting next to them, which then settles on surfaces around. So, if you take a hot shower in the same room with all the bad particles, maybe left over vomit, can the steam pick up those left over particles and can you breath them in and become sick?
