Connecting belkin router to wireless internet?

I have wireless internet. So I have a satellite looking thing on our roof and a wire comes through the wall and connects to a black box (not a cable modem). The black box says carrier poe adapter on it. It has two ports one says poe and the other says Lan. So the Lan connects to the computer with a ethernet cable. So how do I connect this to a belkin wireless router to have wifi in our house?
