How much more can I grow?

I'm 14 ill be 15 in 2 months. Im a little chubby but I'm in athletics and run daily. My is a little small. When erect it is 4.5 to 5 inches but when flaccid it is quite small. How much more can it grow. Also it is thin, when will i get more girth
