Is my name on the title of my car? ?

Hi, I am just curious as to whether or not my name is on my cars title...recently my father and I leased a brand new car for me. I put 500 down and he put 700 down. He is the main owner of the vehicle because my credit was not good enough to get it on my own, but I am the co-signer. Lately we have been fighting and he is threatening to take the car away from me, saying he will report it as stolen if it is in my possession. Is this possible? I make all the payments on the car and the insurance. Is or isn't my name on the title of the vehicle, i remember signing doents, saying i was the co-signer. Please help, this is urgent!!!
