You lose all that weight pretty quick. I personally don't agree that to lose weight you have to eat a low carb diet like most people believe and as Atkins diet is. That's the problem with low carb diets; you lose weight quick and once you stop them you gain the weight back or stop losing weight. So I'm just saying that you might need to change your diet and add some complex carbs in it because they are a nutrient too!
