Trying to understand the BEAR program srb chart?

i re uped through the BEAR program and was curious as to how to make sense of the srb chart the milper message when i did my paper work was 08-069 . i went 14e and i am a spc in zone A it says 8,500 for 48-59 months . i was told by my bn retention nco that i would get 8,500 for each year so 8,500x4(years) in one lump sum (34,000 before taxes) others have told me its the 8,500 flat no multiplier for years . anyone who can help me with this question i would really appreciate thank you .
