Where is the best place to get your first tattoo and will it effect applying for jobs?

a tattoo on your hip is the worst place to start, its one of the most painful places to get a tattoo, the upper shoulder is probably one of the best and thats the one i would recommend, but.... dont decide on a tattoo if your not completely sure where and what you want, give it a lot of time of thought, because its going to be on your body for even longer
