yup, no doubts, with police cuts and MONEY cuts... things are about to get ugly and are already, the riots on WM is just a small example... english people are so stupid! they let everyone know every little thing, now criminals know that police have been cut down due to the stupid english man opening up his mouth and announcing it... more crime, less time!
